A lost mitten

When I checked the mail today I was shocked to find a single blue and
red mitten. It was sent to visit from our cousin Jarom Hobi. This
little mitten had traveled very far to get here. It was over 2

thousand miles. It would take 35 hours if you drove straight through.We went to visit Grandpa Kelly and Great Grandpa vance. Thye were

going on a ride so we took the mitten to see the Fish Lake Naional
Forest Mountains, The grandpa's do this every night at 4:00 and see
what wildlife they might see. Usually elk and deer. There are a few
Deer out today.

We took our visiting mitten to the Wayne Theater
to see a movie.

Uncle West always gets a large root beer and popcorn.

This it me, Jarom's Aunt Kami. As you can see I am wearing my mittens.
It gets very cold here. One morning we were at a -10. We get a little

snow but it's mostly just cold here in Loa Utah.

This is Jarom's Grandpa Kelly standing on top of the Hogan pass
overlook. You can see all the way to Colorado from here on a clear
day.Vance gave a report today on England and so we took the Mitten to the
Wayne County Middle School. This is his 6th grade class. He has a
total of 30 kids in his Graduating Class. There are under 100 students
in his school.We went to Church on Sunday and took our Visiting mitten to see what
it's like to go to The Loa Ward. We sat in the upper Balcony for
Sacrament Meeting and that is always fun. Swade loves it. Mom is
always stressed that one of his toys may find itself flying over the
edge to land on an un suspecting member of the ward, so we don't sit
up top very often.We had a fun time showing Jarom's mitten around Wayne County. We hope
sometime soon We can come to visit you in the big city.

We have started a new plan to be healthy and feel good. our diet, exercise and this amazing new juice has got us feeling on top of the world. Thanks grandpa Kelly

Another outing to Capitol Reef

We took the family down to Fruita to see the deer. They know they are safe in the park so they are not scared at all. The scenery was amazing.

Kayla's accident

Kayla totaled the Tacoma this week. She came out of it with only a couple of stitches and allot of bumps and bruises. It was a miracle.

3 Day Weekend

We had lots of visitors this weekend. Mom, dad, Aunt Kristy, MaCee & Makell.

The weather was Amazing! We went hiking, ice fishing, Shopping...

Sister by chance... Friends by choice...

Kayla Sue caught a ride up on Friday and gets to stay till Monday. Yea!!!
She is soaking her thumb in Epsom salt, her stitches from her wreck are infected..Yuck

Ice Fishing

Grandpa Mark brought all his ice fishing gear and the boys all went out to Forsyth fishing for the afternoon. All the girls took a shopping trip to the big city of Richfield.
Swade and Brady fishing again, this time over to Mill Meadow. They caught a ton of tiny fish, none big enough to eat. (The cats were happy)

The chair is empty... Where did everyone go? I guess fishing really is boring

Sterling and Brady came to visit from St George. We took them out ice fishing. Thank goodness Sterling had his hat from his mission to The Ukraine, and his barbie fishing set he got for Christmas.

YES, the kids and Kami were there. We just stayed way out of the way!!! Even the fish N game guy brought his kids. I wish I would have thought to take a picture of the 4 little boys and Kami and Shay watching from about 20 feet away. If you ask me that was'nt far enough.

In St George he was a clean cut business man, Mr Power trainer.
He even had a hair style...

Now it's no showers for days, facial hair, hats every day. He brushes his teeth on occasion... and he had the nerve to tell me I couldn't be frump girl when we moved here.

And this... is dressed up! On a normal day he doesn't get out of his pajamas, I left those pictures off so I wouldn't offend anyone or embarrass West. Ha, ha.

He's turned into frump guy or cool cowboy, I'm not sure which...

Driving around

The main thing to do in Wayne County is to drive around, I guess it's our way of stimulating the economy and supporting The Ellet's station. (wasting Fuel) Today we went to Notom, a small town just past the park on the way to Blue Valley. Here are a few things we found along the way.

Technology is amazing! This is our Grand son, Yep... West and I are going to be grandparents!

I hear it's better than being parents. We are getting way excited. Only a few more months and he'll be here. Looks like he likes to suck his thumb.
